Request privacy notice

This pre-launch site collects your name, email, phone or Telegram, selected vehicle or pool, dates, investment interest amount and optional comment when you submit a form. Consent time and request reference are stored with the request.

The BitCars operator uses these details to review your request and contact you. Requests are stored on the application server and accessible through protected owner access. Personal details are not written to a blockchain. Do not submit identity documents, payment information or wallet secrets in the comment.

Submitting a form does not confirm a rental, accept an investment or take payment. To correct or delete a request, provide its reference when replying to the operator who contacts you.

Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal identity, a direct privacy contact and retention period. This notice is the current pre-launch description, not a completed public-service privacy policy.
